• Vonage Extensions^TM

  Extensions^TM is a feature of Vonage service that allows you to associate one non-Vonage telephone number to each of your Vonage lines. You can enjoy the same low rates as your Vonage home calling plan on any phone, even mobiles, at no extra charge. This is because your Vonage Extensions^TM line will have the same calling plan as your Vonage home calling plan, so you can make calls from the associated phone just like you would from your Vonage line. As an added bonus, if you have one of the international plans, like Vonage World or World Premium Unlimited, you can enjoy unlimited¹ international calling from your associated mobile phone. You can also add a second Extensions^TM line to your Vonage World plan for only $4.99/mo (plus tax). NOTE: The second Extensions^TM line is not available for the World Premium Unlimited plan.

• Caller ID with Name

  Answer the calls from the people you want to talk to. Caller ID conveniently displays the name and phone number of the caller. No setup required, all you need is a phone with a Caller ID display.

• Call Waiting

  Now your friends, family and business callers won’t hear an annoying busy tone when they call. With call waiting when you’re on the phone you can hear and accept incoming calls. Just put your current call on hold with a click of a button to answer the inbound call. Or if you don’t want to answer, no problem, the caller will be sent to voicemail

• Voicemail Plus®

  Check and listen to your voicemail from any phone, record personalized greetings and schedule them for the days and times you want them to play. You can also access your voicemail online by logging into your Vonage Online Account. And with the voicemail email feature you can have your messages emailed to you. The email will have an attached voice recording that you can listen to on your computer.

• Visual Voicemail

  Visual Voicemail automatically transcribes the voicemails you receive into text you can read. Then they’re delivered to you via email or sent in text format to your phone. Save time and be instantly notified of any message you receive!

• Call Transfer

  No more being tied to your phone. If you need to leave the house while you’re talking on the phone, transfer your call to your mobile phone and keep talking. Or if you get a call for someone who isn’t home, you can transfer the caller directly to them without missing a beat.

• Enhanced Call Forwarding

  Never miss another phone call. Forward your inbound calls to whatever number you’ll be at, whether it’s a cell phone at the beach or a landline at the office. This way if you’re on the road you can answer calls from your mobile phone. Or, if you’re on vacation you can have your calls forwarded to your location

• 3-Way Calling

  The “original” conference call. When you’re talking on the phone, you can add a third person person directly to your call. Convenient for everything from family decisions to work calls.

• Caller ID Block

  Protect your privacy when making calls. Block your number from appearing on other people’s caller ID when you pick up the phone to make the call.

• Call Return

  Don’t worry about callers who don’t leave a message. Missed calls are displayed, along with the caller’s name and phone number. You can easily return their call on your time without having to redial their number.

• Do Not Disturb

  Relax. You can turn on “do not disturb” when you don’t want to be bothered by inbound calls. Then all your calls are sent directly to voicemail, without ringing through to you.

• Anonymous Call Block

  No need to dodge telesales calls anymore or be rudely interrupted during dinner. You can block callers who block their caller ID, and your phone won’t even ring. The caller will hear a recorded message indicating that they should remove their caller ID block and try again.

• Repeat Dialing

  Gone are the days of getting busy tones. Repeat dialing automates the process, continuously dialing the number until you get through, and then calling you back when the line is free.

• International & Directory Assistance Block

  Block those costly outbound calls from visitors. With international & directory assistance block you can prevent guests or employees from using your line to make expensive international or directory assistance calls.

• Call Hunt

  Another feature to make sure you don’t miss important calls. If you have multiple Vonage lines on your account, Call Hunt will call each available line in the order you set up. That way if you’re in another room or not at your desk you won’t miss a call. You can easily turn this feature on or off

• Ring Lists

  Ring Lists enables you to direct your Virtual and Toll Free Plus numbers to more than one Vonage line, and ring those lines in three different ways. With Sequential Dialing the lines are dialed one at a time. With Random Dialing the lines are dialed in random order. And with BlastMe® all the lines are dialed at all at the same time.

• Vonage Access

  Now people can call a long distance number at a local price. If you have a family member, business associate or friend who is not in your local call area they can still call you as though you were local. The Vonage Access tool allows you to contact a Vonage phone number for the price of a local call.

• Bandwidth Saver®

  If your call quality isn’t optimal and you’re experiencing voice delays, you can easily adjust the sound quality using Vonage Bandwidth Saver. The delays will go away and your voice quality will stay the same.

• Network Availability Number®

  Never miss a call, even when your Internet is down! If for some reason your Internet connection isn’t working, you can have your calls forwarded to the number of your choice. Just set up it up to forward to the number of your choice and you have seamless backup in case of Internet downtime.

• Click-2-Call®

  You don’t have to remember numbers any more, Vonage will do the work for you. Now you can click on phone numbers in any computer program – like Outlook or Microsoft Excel – and Vonage will dial the number for you. Pick up the phone after you click and you’ll be instantly connected.

• Vonage Online Account

  Manage your account online and have instant access to the many features Vonage provides. Check your recent calling activity, access your current bill or change your billing information. Turn on or off Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Anonymous Call Block. You can even check your Voicemail.

• 211 Dialing

  Just dial 211 to find the community and health services you and your family need.

• 311 Dialing

  Dial 311 to be connected to local public information such as the nearest hospital or what day garbage pickup is in your neighborhood.

• 411 Enhanced Dialing

  Easily find new, businesses, information and more. If you don’t know the name of the establishment you want to dial, you can search by categories and keywords. Then you can be directly connected with the number you want.

• 511 Traveler Information

  Get the latest traffic report before you step out the front door. With 511 you'll receive accurate, timely traffic information, provided by the US Department of Transportation.

• 711 Dialing

  Vonage makes it easy for text phone users (TTY) to connect with both text or standard phones. Just dial 711 and you’ll be connected with your state’s Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS).

• 811 Dialing

  Dial 811 before you start any outdoor digging projects. When you call, your local public information center will tell your local utility companies to mark your area's underground pipes and lines.

• 1-700-WEATHER

  Find out if you’ll need an umbrella with this weather number. You can check the latest forecasts.

• 1-700-GREETINGS

  Send a personal greeting using the Greeting Service. Choose from an assortment of jokes, quotes and quips to be delivered to the number of your choice on the day you like.
